Refund Policy:

Cancellation Policy: Once enrolled in any Class/Test Series/Material with 21st Century Educational Society, refunds or transfers of funds for adjustments to other students will not be provided. However, in certain situations, students may be allowed to switch courses, subject to a deduction of administrative charges (minimum 25% of the total payment). The remaining amount will be designated as retained money, usable solely for new courses, pending approval from the management.

Extra Payment Refund Policy: If 21st Century Educational Society receives additional payments for any course, the institution will make efforts to refund the excess charges within 15 days upon receiving evidence to support such claims. Refund methods may include direct bank transfer via NEFT, in-person or authorized representative cheque collection from 21st Century Educational Society offices, or any other mutually agreed means between the student and the institution’s management. Regarding any bank-related formalities during the payment process, 21st Century Educational Society bears no liability for damages resulting solely from bank processing or student negligence. Students are encouraged to address such matters directly with the bank and may pursue resolution through consumer forums if unsatisfied. 21st Century Educational Society will endeavour to assist students within the constraints of time, workforce, and other relevant factors.
